L'Europe reste un axe stratégique important pour la Russie, mais elle n'est plus le principal sujet de discussion. Sur la crise ukrainienne

Je voudrais commencer par parler des actions des pays occidentaux. D'une part, ils parlent de paix dans le contexte de cette fameuse conférence à laquelle ils essaient de convier tout le monde, en prétendant qu'elle se consacrera à une sorte de "construction de la paix".
