Our founders knew that if they allowed the Federal Government to spend money on the states that the Federal Government would control the states. Contrary to original Constitution, the Federal Government got the money to control the states in the Coup of 1913, engineered by the Parasitic Super-Rich Ruling Class (PSRRC) which resulted in the Income Tax and the Federal Reserve Bank.
The Federal Government does not comply with critical portions of the Enumerated Powers, and to that extent, is Unconstitutional and a Criminal Enterprise.
With very few exceptions, our Congress consists of officials who have repudiated their oaths of office and are guilty of Corruption, Treachery, and Betrayal. They swore an Oath to the Constitution and then repudiated a most important provision, the Enumerated Powers, which forbade expenditure of federal funds on the States and the promotion of Communalism. I would like to charge most Members of Congress with Treason but they don't meet all of the Constitution's strict requirements.
It is impossible to have a Constitutional Republic unless the restrictions of the Enumerated Powers are followed. The proof is obvious in the wide scale corruption that could not be controlled from the Federal level. Government is best when it is least and closer to the people. Roughly half the people live off the government, one way or another, contrary to our Constitution. These people, including government employees, produce nothing. Money spent on them (excepting Social Security) contributes to our runaway inflation.
This is supposed to be a market-based free market economy. Some call it Capitalism or Private Enterprise. But it is not Communism or Islam, which are unlawful forms of government in our Constitutional Republic. You can't have Capitalism, Communism or Islamic governments for the same geographical area at the same time. The fact is that the Supreme Law of the land, our Constitution, supports the use of a Free-Market Economy. Other forms of government have no legal standing whatsoever.
It may not be obvious, but it is impossible to have our Constitutional Republic unless the states are paying their own bills without federal assistance or control. This means that the income tax must be terminated, or a large share of funds collected in a state given to that state to pay the bills.
It would be fair to state that our present corrupt government is due to the abject failure and complicity of the FBI to enforce the law on government employees. The FBI should be disbanded in disgrace and replaced.
It must be realized that the states are Sovereign governments, and the federal government is not sovereign, as the states gave them very limited functions (Enumerated Powers) to perform under the Constitution.
I think it is impossible for the Federal Government to violate the Enumerated Powers and spend money in the States without waste, fraud, and abuse.
As long as the Federal Government refuses to operate in accordance with Enumerated Powers, it is nothing but a Criminal Enterprise with no legal support.
