A Proper Explanation of the Detestable Terms: « Legal » and « Illegal »

"Almost any sect, cult, or religion will legislate its creed into law if it acquires the political power to do so."

~ Robert A. Heinlein

This article will be a departure from my normal essays in that I am concentrating on a philosophical subject matter, and even though this thinking should be incredibly obvious to all, it is virtually unknown, unheeded, and ignored by almost the entirety of the blind and obedient plebiscite masses. I find it incredible that so many depend on and allow so few to tell them what they may or may not do, what they may or may not say, what property they may or may not possess, what personal earnings they may or may not keep, where they may or may not be allowed to go, what they may or may not ingest into their own bodies, and in fact, these few are willingly permitted by nearly the entirety of this population, to control every single aspect of their lives and the lives of others, without any regard for freedom of the individual.

It seems evident that the bulk of humanity lives under the false assumption, almost unknowingly, that they are slaves of the State, and that the State has the 'right' to make all the 'rules' (bogus 'laws') for the lowly masses. Of course the State is only comprised of the same humans (only worse) as well, but these humans claim to sit atop the throne of power over all others; due not to superiority, advanced intellect, or any legitimate right, and in fact the opposite is the case, but only based on the idea of arbitrary 'laws' made up out of whole cloth by this cultish lot of thieves and murderers.

Hence the terms "legal" and "illegal." These terms are useless except to the State monsters who use them to browbeat, frighten, and control all the people at will. They should be disregarded, and changed to right and wrong under natural law. Should one not aggress against another, not harm their property, or not infringe their liberty, then no 'law' otherwise should exist. "Legal" and "illegal" are just terms made up by the State in order to build arbitrary rules for all except itself, and means only as "permitted by law." In other words, it is nothing more than a permission slip as to what a heinous government allows or disallows a rightfully free person to do. In reality, it is enslavement language at best.

Murder, theft, torture, all aggression, and forceable control are all wrong, and if evident, all should be handled by a sovereign population of individuals in a private manner. No state is necessary to keep order, but is used only as a dominating force to criminally rule over others, while creating limitless restrictions, regulations, and arbitrary and bogus illegitimate 'laws.'

Government 'laws,' with the exception of those that are already based on natural law ideology, (non-aggression) and therefore none of the State's business, are an atrocious assault on the freedom of all of humanity. That means all 'laws,' including license 'laws,' tax 'laws,' 'laws' based on supposed morality-of which government has no morals, all restriction 'laws,' all regulatory 'laws,' all drug 'laws;' all 'laws' period. All 'laws' are based on the State's assumption that it has a right to rule over and control every single individual in this country. The only slime that gains exception from this totalitarian madness and forceful dominance of these heinous 'laws' are the political class, their enforcers, their rich supporters, and the those oligarchs who control them. All the rest of us are subject to the whim of these worthless power seekers who barely qualify as human.

The terms "legal" and "illegal" should be eliminated entirely, as they serve only to enslave and control all of society through an abominable system created by a class of men who seek control over all others. How arrogant and absolutely insane is the allowance of one man or any group of men, claiming to hold power over the entirety of 'civilization.' There is nothing civilized about rule and control of one man over another so long as peaceful coexistence and no harm exists. If aggression is evident, it should be handled privately and by the use of honest self-defense. This can be done individually or collectively, all without any aggression, and without relying on State criminals called government, and their illegitimate 'laws.'

It seems that the masses have to face the fact that they are weak, cowardly, indoctrinated, and swimming in indifference, by allowing the lowest class of humanity, politicians and their enforcers in government, to decide every single thing they are allowed to do or not to do in their own lives, under the unholy auspices of the terms "legal" and "illegal." How pathetic is this attitude that consumes the minds and bodies of this helpless societal population. It says little about the courage and drive for freedom that most in this country falsely believe they possess, but it says volumes about the fact that they are willing and voluntary slaves; captured and boot-licking wards of the State.

Tacitus said: "The more corrupt the state, the more numerous the laws." America has more 'laws' than any other country on earth, impossible to count, so it stands to reason then, that the U.S is the most corrupt State in the world. I think this is without question. Estimates range into multi-millions of 'laws,' restrictions, regulations, and legislative madness in the forms of statutes, prohibitions, rulings, and edicts at the federal, state, and local levels, but no one can calculate the actual total, due to the sheer mountainous quantity of this insanity.

The detestable terms 'legal' and illegal;' irrelevant ! Rules, 'State 'laws,' mandates, and orders are meant for the very weak. Rule can only survive if people act as slaves and blindly obey their masters. No one can rule over a legitimate free man, so never call yourself 'free,' never claim that you live in a 'free' country, (you do not) unless you are willing to disobey the State at every turn possible.

"Any fool can make a rule
And any fool will mind it."
