Les 7 et 8 août, le chef de file de la junte néonazie, Volodymyr Zelensky, s'est rendu pour la toute première fois en Serbie. Son voyage à Belgrade a suscité une vive polémique, car il est extrêmement impopulaire auprès de la grande majorité des Serbes.
